All prices for products include Vat. Shipping cost is 5.00 euro. For a 50 euro or more order, shipping is for free. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. Unless specified, all packets contain 10 seeds.

Order acceptance:
As long as customers act responsible, follow shipping instructions and use good judgement, Semitalia has no reason to reject an order from potential customers. However, the use of bad language,being a minor and not following instructions may result in the rejection of your order. So please always confirm your order before sending money. You are requested to pay your order within 5 days, and inform Semitalia, else the order will be cancelled.

Foreign orders:

Semitalia ships its' products to foreign countries around to world by registered mail. USD dollars are acceptable since products and well as postal cost of both currencies are about equal in value. Once again, always confirm order and price total before ordering. Orders go out immediately after orders has been confirmed and payment recieved.

We pack the proper product, or selected substitutions in a safe and secure way. We use the correct mailing address, you have supplied us with proper postage charge. Once we put the order into the hands of the postal service by registered mail, we have completed our responsibility. We can not be held responsible for damage caused by the shipper. However, in the event of loss or damage, we want to be notified. We'll do everthing in our power to try to help, though your complaint is with solely the post office. It's also possible to use express courier service (with surcharge).
